At Lake Paradise Resort, we understand that travel plans may change. Our policies are designed to offer flexibility while ensuring fair booking practices. Please read the following carefully before confirming your reservation.

🔁 Rescheduling Policy

  • Guests may reschedule their booking to another date at no additional cost, subject to room availability.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days prior to the original check-in date.
  • Only one rescheduling request is allowed per booking.
  • New dates must be within 6 months from the original booking date.
 

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows under normal circumstances.
  • Rescheduling is the only flexible option offered.
 

⚠️ Exceptional Circumstances

In the case of unavoidable events such as natural disasters, travel bans, or government-imposed restrictions, Lake Paradise Resort LLP may, at its sole discretion, offer rescheduling options or partial credit toward a future stay. Proof of such events may be required.

⏳ Refund Process Time (If Applicable)

If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your bank account within 3-5 working days.

💳 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • We do not offer partial refunds or credit for unused nights once check-in has occurred.
